
Nutritional Therapy
Improving your nutrition and lifestyle can have a big positive impact on your health and wellbeing. Are you suffering from: digestive issues like IBS, cramping, bloating, constipation, leaky gut, or diarrhoea? Do you suffer from low mood, anxiety, sleeping problems or stress? Are you worried about an existing condition or would you simply learn more about a healthier diet and support longevity?
Nutritional Therapy might just be the ticket. During your initial consultation we address any health concerns, look in-depth at your current diet and lifestyle factors. Afterwards I send you a detailed personalized nutrition plan including shopping lists, recipes, and other suggestions. We then review how things are going a couple of weeks later and keep building on your health together.
Talks/Demo’s
More and more awareness is raised to workplace wellbeing. This in long term benefit of: healthier employees, less sick days, more productivity. If you are organising a wellness-week in your workplace, why not get me involved to focus on for example: immunity in the winter, energy support or overall healthier eating?
You can choose between an informative talk of subject of your choice between 30 minutes and an hour, or I can do a short demonstration related to a topic like immunity or healthy lunch-box ideas.

Catering
As well as catering for retreats up to 20 people, with dietary requests possible, we are now taking bookings for larger groups for communions, christenings, corporate lunches, and other celebrations.
So, if you would like to leave the hassle of stressing in the kitchen to feed a crowd, leave it up to us!
